Gary Token Affiliate Contest Terms of Service

1. Introduction: This document outlines the terms and conditions (“Terms”) of participating in the Affiliate Contest (“Contest”) for the Gary Token Fair Launch on Pinksale (“Event”). By participating in the Contest, participants agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility: This Contest is open to all individuals who are eligible to participate as per the laws of their jurisdiction. Participants must not be employees, agents, or representatives of the organizer, or any of their subsidiaries, affiliates, or members of the immediate family.
3. Affiliate Link Generation:
   • To participate in the Contest, participants must log in with their web3 wallet at https://www.pinksale.finance/launchpad/0x455286652F34C5E4c0157141b798B8aa91C1A16e.
   • Participants must then copy the generated affiliate link and promote the Gary Token Fair Launch.
4. Referral Rules:
   • Participants are not allowed to refer themselves. Self-referrals will result in disqualification.
   • Any form of cheating, manipulation, or unfair practices will result in immediate disqualification.
5. Prize Pool & Distribution:
   • The total prize pool for the Contest is 10 BNB.
   • The prizes will be distributed as follows:
     • First Prize: 5 BNB
     • Second Prize: 3 BNB
     • Third Prize: 2 BNB
   • Prizes will only be distributed if the Gary Token Fair Launch raises a minimum of 100 BNB. If the Fair Launch does not reach this threshold, no prizes will be awarded.
   • The prizes will be deposited directly into the winners’ web3 wallets.
6. Winner Selection: Winners will be determined based on the number of referrals generated through their affiliate link. The participant with the highest number of referrals will be awarded the first prize, the second highest will receive the second prize, and the third highest will receive the third prize.
7. Announcement of Winners: Winners will be announced after the conclusion of the Gary Token Fair Launch and after verifying the eligibility criteria. Winners will be announce on our official Twitter.
8. Liability Limitation: The organizer shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by participants as a result of participating in this Contest or accepting a prize.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: The Contest and these Terms will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the organizer is located, and participants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location for any disputes arising out of this Contest.
